Are you really a civil servant in Benue state?


Biometric Audit/Screening for civil servants in Benue state.

REQUIREMENTS

All Civil Servants on the payroll of the Benue State Government are required to come with the following documents for the biometric audit/screening exercise scheduled to begin on the 26th October 2015.

i. 1st appointment letter

ii. Permanent appointment letter

iii. Confirmation letter

iv. Last promotion letter

v. September 2015 payslip

vi. Birth certificate / sworn declaration of age dated latest on or before 30/9/2014 (Original and Photocopy). Those bringing declaration of age must accompany it with 1st School Leaving Certificate.

vii. All academic/professional certificates
– WASC/GCE
– HND, NCE, OND or equivalent
– Degree certificate
– Others

viii. Current Benue State Staff ID card

Civil Servants should also be ready to provide the following information at the screening venues:

– Personal Subhead Number

– Bank Verification Number

– Bank Name/ Branch

– Bank Account Number
